Do I have to create an account to order products on Odiot’s website?

Creating an account is not mandatory. However, it will be easier to manage the information regarding your previous or current orders and it will ease the process of order by registering your invoice and delivery addresses.  

I forgot my password. What do I have to do?

You just have to click on “Forgot your password?” and register your email address. An email will be sent automatically to get a new one.

To unsubscribe to your newsletter, what do I have to do?

What do I have to do if there are some damages during the delivery?

If you notice anomalies on your product related to the delivery, it is important to express reserves (breaks, damages, non-conformity: product error, color and / or different dimensions, missing, etc.) and to refuse the delivery and explain this refusal no later than three days following the date of receipt.

I did not receive my order : what do I have to do?

What do I have to do to return a product, ordered on our website?

If the product purchased online does not fit your expectations, you could send it back until fourteen days after receipt of the article involved. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. The refund will be made within fourteen days after reception of returned items.

No refund will be done in store.
