AS YEARS AND STYLES WENT BY, Odiot assembled a unique collection of cutlery featuring many different patterns. Whether they belong to the elegant 17th Century, the sumptuous Empire period, the romantic 18th Century, or the audacious Art Deco period, each design has always been crafted with the same talent, procedures and tools that have withstood the changes and tests of time.

TO OBTAIN CUTLERY, an alloy of 925/1000 of pure silver and 75/10000 of copper is smelted into lingots, laminated to the thickness required, and then cut into blanks before being stamped into a die-form. After filing, each piece goes to the master cutler where special care is taken to patiently draw out the fine details of each motif and pattern. Serving pieces require the skills of cutler silversmiths for their assembly. Finally, the flatware is hand polished and eventually burnished to give it a fine patina.
